Here’s an example of a client’s journey:

When I first connected with my client, she was feeling overwhelmed by changes in her personal life and worried about her weight. She was struggling with poor sleep, a negative self-image, and viewing food as just calories. She felt constantly bloated and stuck in a cycle of stress without even realising it.

It’s common for women to feel bloated and to search for a single “culprit” without considering how they’re eating; the speed, environment, quality, and regularity of their meals. Since she works shifts, we adapted her meals to fit her schedule – no crazy diets! Instead, we added nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods to support her gut health.

We also worked on pacing her day and planned restful periods. It's easy to fall into the trap of only relaxing after finishing all our chores, but without regular relaxation, it’s tough to stay focused and productive.
